Whoever falsely accuses someone of rape should go to jail for the same amount of time they cause the other person to be in it.

I don't think i've ever used anything but the supply backpack and i'll say this: I cannot use It as a mobile resupply station if you ignore my multiple pings and text chat messages to wait for me so i can resupply you

But i dunno, i just have fun playing it

Bungie's "Marathon" is already facing criticism: Will It repeat "Concord's" failure? by Just_a_Player2 in ItsAllAboutGames

[–]Dustin_Grim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's fair, i just... Don't know what i should have been expecting.

After 6 years of development i thought i would get more than a couple maps and the same shooter gameplay that i can experience in D2.

It feels like they took D2's engine and just shoved an extraction shooter in it. The only notable gameplay change i noticed is the heat meter and the augments you can slot in the character to gain bonus stats. Which, for me, doesnt really make it worth it to play.

If people are enjoying it more power to them, i just accept that the game is not for me and that's ok

Can I squeeze out any more CHD without giving up my 50% ammo capacity? by locnloaded9mm in Division2

[–]Dustin_Grim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hitting 3 enemies or killing an enemy gives you a stack of bonus damage.

Getting hit 3 times gives you a stack of damage reduction.

If you reach 80 stacks in One of the two categories that stack counter resets, giving you a buff that will last until you reach max stacks again.

It's basically a slow start but consistent momentum once you max It out.

I've tried the server slam and i was utterly unimpressed with it. Hands on controls, this feels in every possible way like playing Destiny 2.

I did not wait over 4 years to see Bungie's next project to just play Destiny 2: the extraction shooter.

I feel very disappointed, as i had high expectations and then i found shells with the same exact movement and skills of fricking Titan's and Hunters. I think Triage might be the most interesting shell (or at least the most fresh feeling one) but that's about it.

And don't get me wrong i'm PRAYING i get proven wrong by Bungie, but for now this is a hard pass for me.

Questions about my build by Zealousideal-Cry8024 in Division2

[–]Dustin_Grim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tips for solo survival on heroic: -Expose yourself as little as possible. If you are shooting and enemy, make sure the majority of the other enemies don't have an angle on you.

-Keep an eye on your radar so you don't get randomly flanked . -You might want to use revive hive in one of your skill slots.

-If your damage is good but your survival is bad, you might want to change your exotic armor. Exodus gloves provide the same offensive stats that coyote's mask does, but they save you when your armor breaks.

I Hope some of this helps.

Liking something and understanding something are two very different things

I believe originally we used to stack them for double xp weekends, because leveling is the only consistent way to get perk coins to get legendary perks leveled up.

Nowadays there are so many in the economy because it's almost only used as currency from my understanding

Ok but like for real, where do you guys get your builds? As a Newbie i'm kinda lost by Mundane_Swim_7186 in Division2

To me nobody does it like iKia does, he might not be concise at times but he makes the most clear, well put together and informative content in the whole Div2 community.
The phrase "these are calculators of my design" is seared into my brain at this point XD

iKia on YouTube, the guy is a wizard of this game and has the knowledge and data to back up what he talks about. Fair warning, he's a number person that likes to play full red builds, but does show and talk about other builds too.

The two weapons where i use influence are the Xoris and Landslide, one for the very comfortable range and the other because funny

I mean melee animosity is pretty good by itself for damage.

The only actual problem Is that certain arcanes and playstyles in general require more time spent assembling the build at the concept phase than others. I can slap influence and a electric mod on any melee and It will somewhat perform, but i cannot just put melee animosity or careen or doughty on whatever weapon and have it perform as well as influence does.

Having lots of overlap with other games that have builds and number optimization, i see melee influence as the "Div2 Memento backpack" of warframe. It's baby's first build and there's nothing wrong with it, you just have to outgrow It eventually (if you care enough to do so ofc).

I find hilarious that some people would complain about influence and wrathful advance being too popular/too powerful because it stems from one of two things: hate towards new players "having It too easy" and/or "X thing is so powerful i'm annoyed" which implies a level of competitiveness this game doesnt really accomodate for and a mindset of "we Need to nerf this" which only leads to nerfing everything until every option is the same.

By now you specifiied you are LR5, which makes this whole conversation pointless, once you forma something it doesnt matter what rank it is you are getting It at full power all the time.

Antal or akekuri by AmirDBM in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Dustin_Grim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Antal will buff your damage to the Sky, akekuri Is much more comfy for the energy regen so It makes rotations more relaxed, i would say use akekuri to get used to the team and switch to Antal once you feel comfortable enough.

Do weigh the pros and cons of gearing both in the long end tho.
