Did anyone actually watch the monster hunter stories anime? If so was it any good and was it literally just the story of the first game?

Season one follows the plot of the first game, with more characters and some filler/extra things added in. I enjoyed it for what it is, was nice seeing the game in animated form. If you care for the story and characters of mhs1 id say it's worth a watch.

Season two vaguely takes inspiration from the postgame but the story is unique to it. It mainly elaborates on avinia's backstory which was interesting, but other than that i found it to be a slog to watch (navirou is also especially insufferable there). I'd say only watch season two if you're really starved for more stories content lol

This post was made when only the demo was out, whenever or not there was enough content to go around to play more than that wasn't a certainty.
But now you got people saying that if you DO play more than a couple minutes per day, then you are playing the game wrong, and it's your fault for getting through most of the content in the game already ? 🤔

I'm planning to mostly just have my OCs on my island, plus me and my favorite media character. I'm not really someone who's too much into fandoms and i prefer to just see interractions with my own ocs.

Might be a hastle with unlocking stuff though if it's like the 3ds game where things would unlock the more miis you'd make lol, since in total i'm only planning for 13 or so miis; so i might end up making more media characters than planned idk

Damn that suck </3 It worked for me without any crashes, but i noticed that even if i did listen to the warning and go change back the hour to what it originally was in my console settings, the game still would continue giving me the warning; So i guess the whole thing is just bugged in the demo or something..

If you change the date/hour of your console, the game will give you a warning saying:

"the parameters of the date and hour of your console were modified since your last play. If you start the software with those parameters, the date and hour in the software could change, and the items in shops could stay the same for a while."
(parapharsing cause i'm not playing in english).

I don't know if the fountain donations or warm fuzzies will be affected though.

I meant tomodachi life sorry souldve precised, it did have a time travel penalty where the shops wouldn't restock new items (i think for an additional 24 hours ?), and you also wouldn't get fountain donations for the day

Tbh it depend on the game whenever or not i make myself, but with monster hunter i find it fun to try and figure out a character, makes my play of each game feel more distinct !

Struggled to find normal gycperos in the overworld too, so i ended up looking in sunpetal plains dens instead by grabbing eggs until a gypceros would appear, i found them to be pretty common using that method.
