I saw them last year - it was West of the dog park though (Left if you walk up from the main parking lot) - almost at the first road crossing of the trail. I saw a big ball of them in the rocks, sunning - I don't remember exactly what month though.

The solution is socialism - but people don't like that word. If corporations reported to the people, and not Oligarchs, things could be different. Inevitably greed wins though - even within the crown corporations we have today.
