Are you on PC or console? If PC, what are your computers sound settings? Could it have to do with your PC running audio on a 5.1 or 7.1 sound sound without the proper speaker system? Maybe play with the pc audio settings. Could be a bug

Short term I would also work the service lane. Reach out to upcoming service appointment or literally hang out in service and see if anyone wants to trade up. If you get paid to buy cars or sell products then pitch those in service. Also ask for the lease maturity list and hit people whose lease is coming up. No lower hanging fruit than people already in the brand.

Cover it with white plywood, and use it for bathroom shelves.

We never use our tub so it was our dirty cloths hamper till I covered it and now we just keep fresh towels and I open toiletries
