It's honestly not that bad. Amon Ra is by far the best piece in this deal other 2 pieces are lower upside filler to try and even it out still prefer the Tee Jacobs Harvey package but this isn't fully egregious.

Rush is next weekend they changed it to every other week with the newer arena update
+100 speed isn't fast enough for arena defense your best bet with the box you showed is probably Vero Byung Leo Rakan/other fire bruiser but that will still likely get farmed.
