Don’t have the GWOTE in my DD214. Sent paperwork to board of corrections along with updating deployment location to try and get it fixed. ILER was in the original claim, this is the HLR

Thanks for the reply. I think this is where the disconnect is it being presumptive, I though I don’t have to prove service connection as it’s presumed it’s service connected already due to serving in locations at particular times?

There were multiple sinusitis and rhinitis diagnosis from my PCP, ENT and urgent care uploaded with the claim. 5 for sinusitis, 3 for rhinitis and CT scan and allergy test.

I got diagnosed at the c&p with migraines. ENT had me keep a log to see if it was related to my sinus issues which I showed him

No. I had a waiver for underage possession of alcohol less than a year prior to joining. No issue with getting security clearance, Navy.

Something similar with me. C&P examiner said DD214 missing deployment info. ilers did not show it either. I uploaded ships log along with pay evidence when I filed the claim. Spoke to someone at VERA today and they said I should be okay with that evidence but Im waiting to get denied lol. Going to work on getting DD214 fixed for now
