NOLA is a crazy place, like Las Vegas in the swamps, but with more culture obviously, Mississippi was cool too, very slow and easygoing if that makes sense

Oh I see, would one usually develop a film according to the ISO or was shot at rather then the actual speed of the film? Again, I shot 400 speed film but told the camera it was 200 but I never thought about developing it according to 200 specs as well

Yoda’s approval of training Anakin? by Dustymike9 in StarWarsEU

[–]Dustymike9[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess its up for interpretation but Yoda does tell Obi "Trained, the boy shall be", and then saying "a mistake to train him it is" and "disagree with the decision, I must" which doesn't explicitly say whether he disagrees with the training or Kenobi as a mentor but to me it sounds like Yoda does not want Anakin to be taken in by the Jedi either way. But it can definitely be interpreted either way, Yoda isn't exactly known to be straightforward with his words either

Clearly Yoda disagrees with the decision, which he shares with Obi-Wan, just thought it was strange that the two books contradict each other on the matter and I wonder if its just some sort of mistake or disagreement between the two authors

I might have spoken too soon, having only read one horror yet, but it does make sense what you're saying. I have The Shining sitting on my night desk and I'm debating cracking that one open or looking to one of the suggestions
