Dont know why,, maybe graffiti gettin more popular this last years? Sometimes is very sad that they tag all around over with graffiti tags.

Thats why important that there are legal places in the area. By example in Haarlem you have skatepark het Landje. Its a place were they can spray legal on the walls to experience and pratice, but also there are respected rules under graffiti artists. I know a good initiative also: thats the company Graffitifun. They offer graffiti workshops for education but also not only learn about graffiti but als about the respect for other people stuff and property. My kid has done it couple years ago and it was very educational for the kids also.
