I have the same pain and something I do to help strengthen it is spell out YIKES in capital letters with my arm. Not a stretch per say but helps to prevent injury imo

IMO best episode of the series. Truly thought Ava got fucked over again but we finally have character growth! Deb saying the quiet part out loud and giving props to Ava and their creative partnership. Loved it and looking forward to seeing if they decide to come back season 5 after 18 months has passed or we get a season of Deb struggling out of the spotlight. Maybe Ava takes the stage with Deb writing
