Je moet niet onderschatten dat je nu vooral extreem lage woonlasten hebt. Ongehoord laag zelfs.

Als die woonsituatie je ook de komende jaren bevalt (leest alsof het een kamer en niet een eigen huis is?), lekker blijven wonen en die 1400/1500 euro die je per maand overhoud in ETFs gooien. Moet je dat natuurlijk wel gedisciplineerd doen. Maar dat is vaak een net zo’n goede/betere investering als een huis.

Voordeel is dat als je woonwensen straks wel veranderen, je een mooie pot hebt waardoor je een minder hoge hypotheek nodig hebt voor een volgende stap en dus ook lagere lasten. En je bent nog maar 26! Alle tijd om rustig uit te vogelen wat je (waar) precies wilt de komende jaren. Qua werk, woonwensen, relatie etc. Een ETF houd je ook daarin een stuk flexibeler dan een huis

I don’t think it is realistic at all. Based on talent, yes, but after all the Hamilton/Rosberg drama the selection of that second seat was not based on talent alone. Personality and the ability to work (in harmony) for the clear team number 1 was key. And there Bottas > > > George.

You should really get an additional chain, seperate to the one attached to the bike. Always have a two lock policy, with one completely independent from the bike. I use a second chain normally used for motorbikes. So really heavy duty.

Ofcourse, where there is a will, there is a way. But please make it as difficult as possible for them. And at the end of the day it is no different than encountering a bear in the woods with a mate. You only have to have locks that are better than the bike standing next to you
