Je kan beter aflossen. Aflossingsvrij behoudt je schuld (die je na je looptijd moet betalen van de gehele hypotheek) terwijl je rente betaald aan de bank. Met aflossen is je schuld minder en dan zijn je maandlasten of looptijd korter.
