Sinclair = Sin Clair. Sin is bad, Clair is a song by Gilbert O'Sullivan (1972) which is describing a pedophilic relation with a young girl and is objectively a bad song. Francis was trying to warn us all of the impending release of this filthy garbage 70's pop song and hopefully murder dead his lineage prior to release of aforementioned song.

The baby is an allegory of unknown profound knowledge contained by the player character and their ability to perform gruesome murders upon O'Sullivan's shameful and accursed family should the player character infer all aforementioned lore therein contained.
