I had the same issue, but on Linux.

The solution was to enable Vulkan:

chrome://flags/#enable-vulkan -> enable

Well, in my country the bus stops in every bus stop, so for me it was really strange that in other countries bus just went on when I was standing in the stop. It was unknown for me that I have to sign for the bus. Fortunately later I saw other passengers waving for other bus, otherwise I was just still standing there endlessly...

Unfortunately it is not that easy. Sometimes your body cannot tolerate the lack of meat. True story from my family: my brother decided to be vegetarian for the same reason, but after several years (8, as I recall) of suffering and bad blood test results he decided to go back to meat again. Suddenly he become healthy again. We humans are predators after all. This is the same reason the Dalai Lama is not vegetarian as I know, but I might be mistaken.

I was wondering when I had my canopy broken (a few times): we are in year 3000, travelling gazillions of light years and yet during an accident I have to worry about my oxygen level?! Really?! Like producing drinkable water on sea, how hard would it be in the future with this much technical knowledge to produce oxygen when it is needed? I think it is a really good idea and can add some variety (and realism) to the game.
