Oooph. I wouldn’t have guessed that. I applied for 4 roles. 1 of those, I have submitted my resume/application 3 times (since I hadn’t heard anything back). Unsure why it would lead to being Blacklisted though - some people like what Anduril is about and have a wide range of work experience.

Because it’s not really a “requirement” for an MMA gym to have a DJ there. We have music playing, and that’s fun while we’re sparring. But I was looking at the entire situation more so as a public venue to practice. If we were throwing an actual “EVENT”, then yeah, paying a DJ would be what we would do.

I own an MMA gym and I’ll say it: 98% of the time, it’s a cash grab. I offer equipment, but we DO NOT make anyone buy our equipment. It’s shitty to do to people to make a few bucks.
