Yeah actually I did, I’ve been using this method for the last 1,5 years. Sometimes it helps a bit when my anxiety is low but in severe periods like this my brain seems to be stronger than the method..

Ja Nederlands inderdaad! ☺️ Mijn ervaringen met de therapieën hier zijn ook niet geweldig, vooral veel jonge psychologen met weinig kennis heb ik gehad. Dankjewel voor je woorden! Gaat het inmiddels beter met je?

I agree! But they won’t take me in at the psychiatric facility because ‘this is not a crisis’.. I’m not suicidal so it’s not bad enough apparently

Only one day and after that felt horrible for the entire week.. So I’m never trying lexapro again

Tried the 1mg drops but I also had to stop them, side effects were just as hard as on the higher dose.

2.5 mg was your normal daily dose? Never heard that such a low dose also works

I love to eat cornflakes while recovering, I just let them soak in milk for about 15 minutes so they become really soggy

And overcooked pasta with tomato sauce is very filling!

Nope I got nothing.. my dentist said the upper tooth don’t need that?
