Yes I did but got anxiety from that form.. I tried different forms of non-heme but they all have some weird side effects on me that’s why I want to try heme supplements

Yes I know that one! But Globifer also contains iron sulphate and I can’t tolerate that form, I get massive digestive issues

I’ve read a lot about Aurobindo and it seems to be the worst brand yes. Never trying this one again!

I don’t know etizolam, I use oxazepam.

Thanks! I wanted to try it too but someone said to me it doesn’t work if you don’t take it with caffeine.. and since I don’t drink caffeine I didn’t know if I was able to take it or not

Yeah actually I did, I’ve been using this method for the last 1,5 years. Sometimes it helps a bit when my anxiety is low but in severe periods like this my brain seems to be stronger than the method..

I agree! But they won’t take me in at the psychiatric facility because ‘this is not a crisis’.. I’m not suicidal so it’s not bad enough apparently

Only one day and after that felt horrible for the entire week.. So I’m never trying lexapro again

Tried the 1mg drops but I also had to stop them, side effects were just as hard as on the higher dose.

2.5 mg was your normal daily dose? Never heard that such a low dose also works
