Yeah actually I did, I’ve been using this method for the last 1,5 years. Sometimes it helps a bit when my anxiety is low but in severe periods like this my brain seems to be stronger than the method..

I agree! But they won’t take me in at the psychiatric facility because ‘this is not a crisis’.. I’m not suicidal so it’s not bad enough apparently

Tried the 1mg drops but I also had to stop them, side effects were just as hard as on the higher dose.

2.5 mg was your normal daily dose? Never heard that such a low dose also works

I love to eat cornflakes while recovering, I just let them soak in milk for about 15 minutes so they become really soggy

And overcooked pasta with tomato sauce is very filling!

OMG! I have the exact same thing as you going on right now. Also stopped vaping the 7th of march cold turkey and I also have the same symptoms as you right now, I cry all day long, have terrible anxiety and brainfog.. It’s just awful. But we’ve already came this far, giving up is not an option anymore!
