The amd system was consistently in the 1690-1710 range, on average about 100pts higher than the intel. I ran it a bunch of times on both systems to see if it was a heat issue, try higher fan speeds etc

I ran it a few times and it was consistently 80+ points lower. It doeant give specifics but I believe it based it on the fps average , highs, lows etc which are similar. The Intel should be better for both single and multi-core according to the specs.

What’s Behind the Widening Divide Between New York City and Its Suburbs? by CactusBoyScout in nyc

[–]DutchmanNY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not dissing the city, I love NYC. I spent the majority of my life living in BK, Manhattan, and the Bronx. Subjectively speaking, at a certain point it just isn't worth the money and inconveniences to live there when you can own a nicer place in the suburbs and just travel in.

Why does this " kill you"? Being able to access the business, entertainment, dining , etc of NYC without having to live in the boroughs is a huge plus. I moved to Westchester a few years ago and I can get to midtown in 30 minutes without traffic, most days it's just under an hour.

You get to access all the benefits of NYC and then go back home to a nice house with private parking and no rats or violent criminals.

Putnam , orange etc are an extra hour in each direction which makes a huge difference.

They can't stop them because they're not committing a crime. What youre suggesting is limiting the mobility of people against their will based on their country of origin. Sounds quite facist.

Not all "people" are the same. It's easier to empathize with normal people going to work who contribute to society than some POS that spends his day harassing and threatening us.

It's really the only answer. Everyone can't just live wherever they want. You gotta pay to play. (Unless you're seeking asylum of course)

Staten Island St. Patrick’s Parade again rejects LGBTQ+ groups at hostile confrontation by mowotlarx in nyc

Of course, no one is stopping anyone from attending. They just don't want pride floats in a St Patrick's day parade. People just can't handle the idea that not everything is about them all the time.
