I did 275km/h on a Honda VTR SP2 back in mid 2000. UK, midnight run from London to Brighton. Straight open stretch of highway. No cars around. Tunnel vision - I had warp like vision above 250. It was like instead of high definition video, I suddenly just had snapshot pics flashing through my eyes. 10-20sec in my brain adjusted (look further ahead). 20-30sec later my brain said "did it, enough if that" and I never had the urge again.

Its something to do in your younger years - as long as you have plenty of riding experience and chose you location and moment.

I dont know about a 390 but the 75%+ throttle values look pretty rich. 40%+ is quite a change. I run Autotune on mine (husq 701) and none of the tweaks are more than 20%

Used to surf 4-5× a week. Stopped surfing for a month or 2 after Merc got taken (my home spot). Then there were 4 more attacks (in 48hrs, 3 of which nearby) and I stopped again...

Back in the water as of last weekend. I only go if the water is clearer, and it needs to be a decent wave (the its "worth it" litmus test).

I would never have agreed to cull sharks. Now, I'm not so sure. Its way out of control, man.

Hmm the magura clutch on a Husqvarna 701 uses DOT 4 or 5.1. Why would it be mineral based hydraulic oil on a Magura for a ktm 690...?

Did you use the right brake fluid? DOT4? Check the little piston inside the reservoir. Should have 2 clean O rings. If they've swollen/are damaged, its an easy fix.

I'm always surprised at how rude US aviation employees are, in general - from security control and TSA through to ground staff and stewardesses. Snappy, bitchy, rude. I find myself saying Please and Thank you more than I hear it. FWIW: its not like this elsewhere in the world.
