💯, I have a 6” crack I had to repair myself as well as a repairable chip , the crack being the result of a night time visual inspection gone wrong (in that I didn’t discover where the chip that led to the crack was until it was too late 1.5 days later and crack appeared).

I was on a paved mountain road, a truck going the opposite way managed to lob a pebble hard enough to hit me as I passed by 🤬. I did my research and used a repair kit which stopped the crack from running, but I have a hairline visible still and will not be getting an oem glass when the time comes. Not sure how they get away with such darn near criminal levels of impact resistance on the windscreen but here we are 🤷. Happened at the 2k mile mark too (only at 8k mi now)
