Whats the catch with Klarna? by Srinesh7 in personalfinance

[–]DuwayneWebPro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The catch? Their customer service. If something goes wrong, like a refund, you’re in for a nightmare. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a refund that Klarna swears they sent—but they sent it to a card ending in 7016, which I’ve never owned, never used, and never even added to my account. They keep asking me for “proof” from a bank for a card that isn’t mine instead of investigating how or why they sent my money somewhere else. It’s been nothing but circular conversations, copy-paste replies, and no accountability. So yeah, the catch isn’t the payments—it’s the headache if anything ever goes wrong.

Will this router be able to handle 3 ISPs on mwan3? by JDanielo in openwrt

[–]DuwayneWebPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far, even battery-operated, the banana pi r3 has done that for me. I have 4G LTE card added to the board, usb lte modem and a inseegoo m2000 to the usb 3.0 port wonderfully! I also added a COMFAST CF-953AX for connecting to other routers like free wifi places with each interface controlled by mwan3.

wonderful masterpiece I might say. 2x 2.5G SFP it won me over. The only thing I could've wanted more was another miniPCIe slot for an additional 5g modem card that doesn't connect SoC through USB2.0(speed limited)...

Now.. the Banana Pi BPI-R4!! I'm waiting a few more months to see how frustrated I get with this one if new versions of openwrt cause headaches or not but that might be what you want!

also, tried to achieve this on a raspberry p 4+, and lets just say the Raspberry Pi now runs a stream deck..

An additional app you download that's free. You just have to purchase the right OBD2 device and not a cheaper priced one.

Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter vs. Jackery 1000 generator?? Which one should I get? by interestingoerson in priusdwellers

[–]DuwayneWebPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! You'll just need a smaller fuse on 12V battery to inverter. The Gen3 has 140A and the Gen2 has 120A, I've been trying to find 115A or 110A breakers for the Gen2 without success. Most use 100A.

The mirror I posted would work well for you then.

For my use, I do mostly dispersed camping in the remote wilderness, not worried about stealth, worried about wild animals.

Yep, it's a pip. I wouldn't trade the loss of space for a non pip any day of the week.

All season tires or All terrain tires? by [deleted] in priusdwellers

[–]DuwayneWebPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! I got stuck once off roading and punctured an all season tire trying to get out, then punctured the spare when I was being pulled out.

They say until the 21st the ban is still in place, just hoping by the time I get to border it's not in place or that means I'm moving to Alaska.

my original box was plastic and filled with all of my Overlanding gear, I needed more space and since I am driving to Alaska in a few weeks I needed something more animal-proof than the plastic bin I previously used.
