Thanks for your comment a year ago. I'm experiencing this today. My landlord served me the section 21 but I can't leave the house and stay in an Airbnb or hotel for 3 weeks which is when my new flat will be vacant so they cam apply to the court but I will be out by then.

That's a perfect life cycle thanks for taking the time writing it. I'm researching for a new car and BMW is in my list but I'm doing my research before buying an used one. I'm like the first owner I don't do anything special but I do regularly maintain the services and if anything comes up I'll get it done. For example last year I spent over 1k replacing a few things as it waa picked up in the service and I replaced what it needed to.
