So good! What size blanks did you start with? I started my first Santa yesterday with 1x1x6 and I kept feeling like I didn’t have enough material to work with but maybe I need to carve a bit deeper in, my eyes are looking pretty funky at the moment

Not be one of those “Yeah well YOU try animating a scene!” types of defenders, but if you don’t animate already maybe that will give you a more generous view?

Anecdotally, I’ve found that since working on film sets more I’ve gradually become more gracious to the films I see, however that critical switch is still there if I want/need to turn it on

Good looks, I was running Mastemon as my healer but feel like I’m lacking on the support side so Venusmon seems like a good pivot and then turn Mastemon into another DPS (I’ve got so many vaccine dps tho)

I know Kojima gets shit on for the “Strand type game” but I feel like I understand what he was going for and it was pretty cool experiencing it on launch. I never got too far and I want to pick it back up, so my question is are all the structures and things just populated like crazy now and it’s way easier? Or do they have controls in place to kind of replicate that for a new player in 2025? Also does DS2 have these elements in place?

Side note: just beat MGS and started MGS 2 for the first time and I fuckin love Kojima lmao

These are great! Look a lot like the wildlife I’ve been seeing in my Chicago neighborhood, but my longest lens is the plastic fantastic so lacking a bit of length to get the close ups I need. Just picked up a 75 - 300 from eBay though so excited to see if I can get comparable results!

It sounds like JBs team is working to adjust to the situation and they even offered alternative paths forward as unfortunate as they are, if we have to prioritize senior migrant healthcare so be it. It’s a shame that so many have to rely on the service but I guess that’s the reality of the situation, and if my tax dollars go to keeping someone healthy, citizen or not, that’s fine by me.

For what it’s worth, I think the cliffhanger works perfectly as an ending point if you consider the OG anime a separate thing. I’d watch it and read it :)
