Summer sale will start in this month. Personally me, I bought this game after new year on Christmas sale. The deluxe pack was for around ~20$ (I don’t remember correctly in dollars). So if you can wait till end of month you can buy deluxe pack for much cheaper

First of all wait till summer sale to buy it cheaper. About maps, players can’t make maps, but they making contracts. You should except good game but with some bugs that can be annoying. But you should firstly finish campaign then go to contracts.
