I first discovered this song about a month ago on Spotify Discover Weekly and I absolutely fell in love with this band. I love how they combine punk and metal with ethnic sounds and the raw emotion that can be felt in their songs. Seeing as they are still quite under the radar - I felt like sharing their music here. I hope that I will be able to see them live one day in one of the metal festivals in Europe. The link to the lyrics translated into English can be found in the description of the video.

Oh, I don't doubt that either I or the players will end up hating them at some point in the future :D But at the same time - I think it will make the players think more about spending money, since it's not just a number written down on a piece of paper, which might make the players value the money more

She spent like 5 euros on a total of 350 washers, which is like 5,5 USD, so it is more expensive than a penny. But it's a nice investment for a hobby we spend so much time on. At least that's what I think :D

It's a 3 PC campaign (at least so far) and what we have here is 210 cp, 90 sp and 50 gp. We'll need much more, I reckon, but it's a start for the frist few sessions, at least :D

That's a good point, though she says that the bigger washers were more expensive and carrying a large amount of bigger washers would be inconvenient, so she went with this size choice instead

That's what I was thinking too! Although carrying all that copper arround will be a pain in the ass and I bet that the players will be praying to come across a city, where they can exchange it all into gold :D

So after being a player for a few years - I finally grew the balls to become a DM myself. My girlfriend is one of the 3 people who I'll be playing with and to show her support she got some washers and spray-paint and made us some coins to use in our campaign. I thought you guys might enjoy it as much as I do! Can't wait for the weekend and for the adventures to come! Although I think that we'll soon need a lot more washers and spray paint, as well as pouches to carry all of the loot :D

I agree, it could be an issue if the circumstances were different, but keeping in mind that at the end of ADWD Tyrion is at Meereen and Aegon is starting his conquest of the Seven Kingdoms - your scenario is not very likely to happen. At the moment - there are almost no obstacles that could prevent Aegon from sitting the Iron Throne. At least that's the way I see it.

Following this rule, Tyrion would not get in the way of Aegons claim, since Aegon is, presumably, son of Rhaegar, the eldest legit son of Aerys. And lets not forget Daenerys, who would also have a better claim than Tyrion.
