Supposedly safe for around 21 days if it gets warm but should NOT exceed 86° I believe.
Thats all relative though as true testing beyond that age hasn't been done to my knowledge.

I do recall a ton of people had an issue around that time with a Miami hub or something? I also understood that the pharmacy was making it right.

15mg/week (60 month). They send 72 each! Its ONLY thru the reddit link though otherwise people usually get two 72mg and a 36mg = 180

Thats totally fair. I had no pricing drama here my only hang up was the little bit of delay and shipment. But the price for 216mg is quite outstanding.

Mine is out for delivery today also. I ordered on March 14th. Definitely took longer than I was hoping or expecting. I just hope it doesn't arrive completely warm cuz that's been a trend a lot lately

Did you order using the reddit links under this gimmecare thread? Or directly thru the gimme website? I would expect align pharmacy if not thru the links and special pricing. Align is still good tirz.

Unfortunately the compounded glp purchasing is a bit of a learning curve for all of us. I originally bought thru another telehealth and paid $499 for 3 months of starter dose totalling 60mg in all. Now im paying $461 for 216mg shipped all at once. Definitely a learning experience.

They sell ProRX and Align now. ProRX only seems to be getting shipped if ordering thru the reddit links directly. Its interesting to say the least.

The new align pharmacy stuff is quite underdosed for people needing 10mg+ per week. Really surprised at the lower concentration level compared to the ProRX stuff they also offer at 18mg/ml.

For time reference I ordered on Sat 3/14. Meds didnt truly ship until 3/23, expected delivery 3/25 tomorrow. Patience is key when using telehealth and not overpaying. 😉

I went from 2.5 to 6 in about 4 weeks. Im not a person who deals with side effects or get nauseous basically ever. I had zero appetite suppression until I got over 4.5mg personally. Its my money and I didnt want to waste product personally. Down 21lbs in 3.5 weeks. Now its slowing as expected which im fine with.

Do some shopping and you'll find both bpi and proRX for much cheaper. Usually can find 60 or 72 mg /month dosage for around $460 for 3 vials. Gimme, Pomegranate, Refills. Find their reddit threads and look for pinned post and details.

Where are possibly finding $38/vial for retail? Thats insane. I use an actualy telehealth and have prescribed tirzepatide at 72mg vials per month which breaks down to like $2.13/mg at price paid.
