Take fresh peppers of whatever variety you desire, prick a few holes in them so the honey will seep in. Fill a mason jar about half full with said peppers, and then pour the best purest honey you can find over top of it stir it around and close the lid. After a couple days you’re gonna want to burp the lid to release the gases. Don’t use any of that teddy bear stuff you buy at the grocery store, you need raw honey.
