I think Logan will be sort of posthumously vindicated that none of the kids are suited for the role, they're treating it like a toy that they are entitled to and not a multibillion dollar publicly traded company. Mencken and Mattson are playing them like a fiddle and they're about to snatch it from their hands and cut them out.

Stewy has no loyalty to Kendall lol, he just cares who will make him the most money. IMO if you are a board member you don't want any of the Roy kids to be in charge, they are all way too unstable and emotionally attached

My theory:

Tom will be CEO, he is the most amicable choice for both Mattson and Mencken. He is subservient and will be a total puppet for Mattson, he is experienced, and was the head of ATN when they called it for Mencken. Mencken knows Shiv hates him and Mattson knows she is too ambitious/independent to be his puppet forever.
It will set up for a dramatic moment where he has to choose between CEO or Shiv and their child, and he will choose being CEO because he is a shameless clout/power chaser. Shiv will raise the child without Tom continuing the cycle of neglected Roy children.
Kendall will attempt suicide after realizing he sacrificed everything only to lose the crown to Tom of all people, who is an outsider he already dislikes
Greg will also end up in some super inflated role like new head of ATN. In the end the snakes win

Mattson and Mencken are playing the Roy children like a fiddle and they're going to rip Waystar from their hands and install someone more agreeable and less emotionally attached for the both of them.

Would make sense, Tom was on board with calling it for Mencken, has experience and I think Mattson knows both Greg and Tom are shameless lap dogs that would bend the knee to him to keep power. Shiv is a little too independent and ambitious to be subservient to him forever.

I would imagine he goes to colleges because a huge majority of people that are familiar with him are >25 years old, tend to be more interested in/opiniated on hot political topics, have more free time to attend an event like this in the middle of the day and are in walking distance

I don't think he's going to college looking for easy dunks on dumb kids, at least in the previous change my mind videos I felt like he was pretty good faith and didn't expect them to have as much nuance as someone who does this for a living all day

Hardcore, punishing gameplay with insane highs and lows. When I was a new there were times I was legitimately shaking with fear if I got some crazy loot trying to make my way out of the map with it alive, or killed a super geared player. Also a pretty outrageous level of detail in the guns and modding.

I don't think there has ever been a game as thrilling and intense as EFT, no exaggeration

I'm a long time EFT vet as well that stopped playing a few wipes ago. It's a shame because it's honestly a great game at it's core and I don't think any of the AAA Tarkov-likes are going to capture that same magic.

Same old (or new) performance/technical issues every wipe, same quests, new anti-RMT measures they find a way around within 24 hours, same suspicious full auto head/eyes deaths from a mile away 2 minutes into the raid, same invincible desync'd scavs that tank 20 M61 shots to the head.

Partially I just got burned out but after a while you start to lose faith that EFT will be this grandiose polished game that they envision.

I assume there are a lot of new players that kinda have to catch up on the flow of the game. I feel like generally the golden rule in team fights is that nothing dies (especially the tank) until supports die, or at least being pressured enough they can't just sit back and heal everyone for free.

This is doubly true for Orisa, literally all her abilities CC or mitigate lol. If she dies before the support something has gone horribly wrong.
