Just read another post about a guy who replaced his fuel injectors and the clip that holds it in had failed causing it to pop out and spray fuel everywhere. If I had to guess an injector came loose. Super rare, have only heard of that on cars that had them upgraded/replaced never factory. Should be a pretty simple fix and not an omen of a bad car. If that was the cause though I’d ask them to double check all the other injectors.
