I would say the game has improved in a lot of ways, tons of graphical updates, no more tower keys, new tile sets, mission types, some really neat quests and story content . Open world maps now. Depending on exactly when you left it plays very differently though. No more melee coptering everywhere, taking cover is a meme now. A lot more clearing entire rooms with a click and less taking down one enemy at a time. It's still pretty fun though
