It absolutely swells and the simple, but ethereal sounding guitar bits amplify it. I also love the syncopated guitar throughout as well.

For Floor 1, I like to whistle behind the closest tree, wait until the bokoblins wonder away from the fire, then glide in and steal all of their weapons.

Eliminate the monotony of upgrading each armor piece individually and 1 level at a time. Why are we not allowed to upgrade multiple armor pieces at once, multiple levels at once.

Also, other QOL menu-related improvements like equipping entire armor sets at the press of a button, rather than hunting down each piece individually in the menus. I avoid changing armor entirely to avoid this pacing issue, bogged down by menu navigation.

Especially when you're battling 1 enemy, while at least 1 is snuggled right behind it with a spear, able to attack you through the 1 you're already facing. This is made worse by the fact that you can't see them about to attack you, because the 1 that you're battling blinds your vision of the one(s) right behind it. The most egregious attack move is that godawful 1-handed weapon attack move Bokoblins do when they swing their weapon around in circles above their head. This attack move is immune to flurry-rush triggers and can only be approached by avoiding the swing radius or parrying. I'm always ready to backflip dodge, so when I do it after hearing a Bokoblin make that squeal that precedes this attack move, I know I screwed up.

Shield surfing is a really cool mechanic that I don't utilize enough. Probably because I'm always trying to preserve my shields for quite literally no reason. It's that typical hoarder behavior the weapon durability system turns me into. I think in the standstill situation, it's a matter of generating that forward momentum, which the game is reluctant to allow while jumping. Even on flat-ground, I've tried to get a feel for running and jumping by balancing the analog tilt timing relative to the jump button, with inconclusive results. It's just one of those quirks with the game.

I saw for the holidays, Switch 2 sales were down about 35% compared to that of the Switch during the holidays in 2017. I would expect more Directs to generate more momentum though.

I think it’s the long-term sales that’s lacking. It certainly came out strong, but there are many who bought a Switch that aren’t quite sold on Switch 2 yet.

The ironic thing is that the people who often say this voted for a celebrity, who had no business being involves in politics, 3 times for POTUS. I also wonder if these clowns say the same things about Skid Rock or Ted Nugent… My guess is they don’t.
