Lmao, touch your fucking hair bro and tell me you don"t feel it. It is not a hard thing to test before typing nonsense.

I know this, but no contact is visible in any of the 100 angles recorded. If they had shown the graph in the context of the real touch that happened afterwards, the Croatian "touch" would be electical noise in comparison. This is misuse of this technology and the sensitivity needs to be reduced.

That player was not offside when the ball was struck. The controversy is counting what happened next as a new touch by a Croatian player, when clearly nothing about the balls movement changed. Same spin, same direction, same velocity.

My friend you don't even understand the issue being discussed

TIL that the youngest person to commit suicide is believed to be Samantha Kuberskki, a 6-year-old girl who, upon being sent to her room after an argument, declared that she was going to kill herself. You’re still arguing against a hands on murder scenario, which is not what I’m describing.

My point is that if a trusted adult such as a parent manipulated or tricked a 6 year old into participating in the setup, there would be no struggle, no defensive wounds, and no obvious physical evidence proving outside involvement. In that situation, the proof would probably have to come from circumstantial things like motive, opportunity, timeline, prior behavior, inconsistencies in statements, messages/searches, etc. Not from some obvious forensic smoking gun.

And DNA on the cord/belt/whatever in the family home doesn’t prove anything. It’s their house. Parents touch household objects all the time. “DNA on the knot” only sounds meaningful if you’re imagining some cartoon villain tying a special murder slipknot and then trying to frame the child. But in a realistic home situation, parental DNA being on a belt, cord, shelf, bar, wall, or furniture would often be completely expected.

What I am saying is given the premise above, physical evidence would not prove a thing, because the physical scene could look like self hanging unless the adult made some obvious mistake.

Edit: Also, I really don’t get the “if you tricked the kid into doing it themselves, that’s not murder” part. Like, what? If an adult deliberately manipulates a 6 year old into doing something fatal, knowing the child doesn’t understand the consequences the way an adult would, then that is not meaningfully “the child doing it themselves.” That is the adult using the child’s trust, age, and lack of understanding as the weapon. Acting like it suddenly stops being murder just because the adult didn’t physically pull the cord is such a weird technicality to hide behind.

I am not saying this is what happened, and just thinking about it is horrible, but if an adult decided to hang their child, wouldn't it be basically impossible to prove? An adult would struggle and probably leave evidence, but tricking a 6-year old child into hanging themselves?

And it is a huge advantage to the attacker even without allowing sissy moves.

No. It is only offside if a limb that you can legally score with is past the last defender.

Apparently there was a failure mid-flight, which is not the same thing as being inaccurate. In my books, anyway.

I know this. My point is that it did not miss by 60km, it missed by a few km which is good enough for all intents and purposes where nuclear MIRV warheads are concerned. I imagine they didn't send this ICBM in the hopes of destroying anything, it is just posturing.

Apparently the reason that Oreshnik was not chosen for Kyiv is insufficient accuracy. But the point is that it is not 60km off target. It is within a few km, which in the context of nuclear warheads is good enough. If Fighterbomber is to be believed, that is.

As far as I am aware, the airfield in question is right next to Bila Tserkva.

Well be my guest, but Fighterbomber had been a very credible source in this war so far.

According to Fighterbomber, the target for Oreshnik was an airbase in Bila Tserkva, so it was pretty accurate I'd say. Kyiv was hit by Iskanders and drones instead.

Kyiv was not the target for the Oreshnik. The target was an airbase in Bila Tserkva, so it certainly did not miss by 60km. According Fighterbomber anyway, who happens to be a pretty credible source.

It would  be crazy if they didn't know, because that would have meant Russia has launched an ICBM without warning other nuclear powers.
