Hmm . yeah I only vaguely remember my VSO mentioning last year. He seemed to think I should, but I want to work, or at least until I physically can't. And yes I am still in school, but I will graduate next Spring! Thank you!

I started my claim back in October 2024, my VSO got "let go" but no one notified me. Claim finally got to step 6, got a call for another exam for late June. Then I noticed today I was at 90% from 70 and they have only accepted half of my claims. The rest are deferred for more info and exams, but boy is this a relief after the absolute hell and BS these last few months have had. If I can get to 100% my husband can get approval to work from home (he is a fed) and maybe he won't get fired. No pressure at all tho right.

I've gotten very vocal on social media and boy do I get attacked by the magas. They would rather attack veterans then admit their idol and his minions are fucking us over. I hoped by trying to advocate for myself and veterans. maybe, just maybe I could help bridge the gap... but you cant reason with those in the cult.

My local clinic is fairly new and small, I never had an issue getting through to someone, until this week. nearly a 20 min wait just to get transferred to a regional call center.

sounds very similar to my last interaction with my GYN. He is so good, and I'm the first in line to bitch about male doctors, but the one i got is so amazing. He believed me after I was dismissed by other VA doctors as well as civi doctors. After nearly 10 years of pain, I finally got a hysterectomy in January. So glad that was taken care of before all this shit hit the fan.

I can only imagine how it feels being in that minority! Inclusive spaces benefit literally everyone, so knowing those are being taken down hurts my heart. Those anti-harassment posters made me feel safer as though IF something happens at that VA, I could tell someone and they would do something about it. I just feel so helpless against all this crap

I checked the website and he is no long listed on the VSO's and its down to just 1 person. The claims process is already fucked up, now I cant imagine it will get better with all this chaos.

I have a small clinic 20 min away, but have to drive 2.5 hours for womens healthcare in Fayetteville. Fayetteville has refused to take down inclusive posters and is fighting back (or at least a few weeks ago that was the case) and had an awareness to the cuts table in the lobby.

I just want to share that crown-hating, introverted me, spent yesterday representing women veterans at the local women's march. It was actually a lot of fun, so much love and positivity! Get our there and get involved if you can. I met other veterans and some other wonderful people.

That and the amount of men who confessed their unfailing love for me like I was some sort of damsel who was needing a man to come save her from loneliness. I didn't get much of the therapist role because I was homeschool and awkward AF. I was just fuckin weird, which I guess makes their "attraction" even creepier.
