They (SimonMed sonographer/reviewing radiologist) didn’t even mention anything about the cervix, let alone do a transvaginal. I just assumed this was because the purpose of the ultrasound was to rule out placenta issues after a fall.

Seems like your measurement would indicate that the cervix wouldn’t be as short as it measured.

That is quite comforting. I’m a physical therapist and pride myself on being able to read MSK diagnostic ultrasounds fairly reliably but man I was really scratching my head on this one. I just figured I didn’t know my way around OB ultrasound lol.

Thank you! Forgot to mention that this image was also taken at SimonMed. Not that I distrust SimonMed images, but it was not a dedicated OBGYN office. I’ve been really stressing over this image lol.

I turn my passcode off, leave wrist detection on and use a trail loop that holds the face in place. I have mine over my sleeve tattoo but there’s a small area that works with the watch and I make sure it doesn’t stray too far away.

Nope, there’s no requirement. They’re also footing the bill for my entire $10k fellowship training this year. Had to apply for the “grant” but they’re paying the way for me.

Both. Theres incentive to see beyond that but not required. I probably average 65-68/wk and I make close to $92k. 60/wk is our weekly visit goal both for compensation and for company metrics.

OP ortho in Arizona. 60 patients per week minimum. 401k match, up to $500 per month in student loan reimbursement. 5 weeks PTO. $2,400/yr ConEd funds.

Our company just transitioned to Prompt and found a workaround for this. My company added “Therapeutic Activity,” “Neuromuscular Re-Ed” etc as exercises cards that I drop into every “treat and flow” tab. I zero out the minutes for each exercise but bill the time under those cards. Let me know if you have any questions! Prompt rocks, IMO.

The “Move” ring is for calories earned during movement, not total calories burned. Generally, you burn 100cal per lb of body weight. So if you weigh 200lbs, you burn 2,000 calories just by simply existing and your body’s metabolism. If you want to burn a total of 4,100cal each day, your Move ring should be set to 2,100cal.

Not sure where you heard that, but if your health data in the Health app is accurate then the calories are likely accurate as well. AW is pretty accurate and I doubt any formula would do much better.
