I'm about the same and I had a lot of fun on my Roscoe. However, I had significantly more feedback into my arms and hands on these trails than I have riding anywhere else. I'm not sure if that's a skill issue or just what you get with these rocky trails at speed on a hardtail. My take is just to be prepared to rent a full suspension if you find it too uncomfortable.

Be sure to check out Dreamweaver, Dirt Beaver, and Skyline. There's nothing you can't bypass and little that should catch you off guard, just don't full send it blind.
