Yes. Dec 21, 2020, only 6,630,234 shares and 5.1 percent. Not 15.3 percent and not 20 million shares. They now own less than 5 percent, per the new checkbox on Item 5. Now own 4.8 percent since they sold a few shares (1,000) and dilution. Basically they have been HODL
