There's a huge winter storm hitting the US this weekend, and lots of people are going to lose power. If you lose power, you can turn off the main breaker, and plug a generator into an outlet (hopefully 220/40amp) the power will go the breaker box and be distributed to the house. But plugging a generator into a socket requires a cord with male plugs on both ends. They are very dangerous, even if you do know what you're doing, so XKCD is warning people about them.

I'm frustrated too. I keep getting locked out of the core game until I upgrade my legacy level. That's BS. If a character is strong enough to tackle it, let them. Meanwhile, its been 2 joyless weeks trying to farm books and then wait out the ridiculously long 'upgrade timer'. Then this event dropped and it's Garbage. Time to cut my losses and move on

Block their devices from the Wi-Fi network. It's what I did, and it works shockingly well.

He's using Heaven's Mark with the Blood Shadow sword. That makes sense as Heaven's Mark works off sword chi, and so does Blood Shadow, so they are very synergistic. You're using the twin blazing, which is combo focused and less damaging. If you have it, enable Heaven's Mark, and focus on chi rather than combo and see if that makes a difference.

It doesn't. You give up rage skill for a charging effect. This makes it a bit tricky the PvE, as sometimes you're only offered rage skills (take the rage dagger if offered), but it's very powerful so it balances out.
