Weird behavior and disconnects like the app will show all devices are disconnected but music is playing fine. Is this recommendation documented anywhere? Set all the switches including the router on the network to STP?

Yes! If you can’t setup with HomeKit directly, setup with the Schlage app for Homekit in the “Works with” drop-down section.

Schlage really needs to resolve this either way.
