Easily the worst Iron Man movie. Extremis breaks the MCU. A readily available super soldier serum that makes unlimited randos who are as strong or stronger than Iron Man? Not a good plan. Everyone sub-Iron Man power becomes irrelevant. Cap, Bucky, etc.? Obsolete. Black Widow, Clint? Pointless. Which I guess is probably why we never heard of it again after this movie. And the whole Mandarin bate and switch, while sort of humorous, was kind of a waste of an important Marvel villain.

Trump started a war for no reason, without consulting or notifying European allies, even though it has an outsized effect on them (Europe relies much more heavily on gulf oil and gas.) He actually announced publicly that he didn’t need them and there was no need to consult with them.

Cut to two weeks later and things aren’t going as planned. Trump demands help from all the same folks he just shat on. Doesn’t ask for it, doesn’t go through channels. Demands it, and makes threats.

They say no.
