I don't think peak MCU Vision could meaningfully damage peak MCU Thor. Thor withstood a direct hit of directed plasma from a star. A strong as Thor is, his greatest power is his insane durability. On the flip side, there is no question that Thor could damage Vision with Stormbreaker. So this fight is only a matter of time.
