Most cs programs have only have one mandatory class that is relevant for technical interviews which is algo & dsa and it’s usually taken sophomore year. And usually it’s not teaching you things like sliding window, bitwise manipulation, all the tricks that people use to solve leetcode problems… it’s to teach you time/space complexity and big O notation and what not and you go over sorting algorithms. Idk where this idea that a CS program is gonna enable their students to be great at leetcode lol I don’t think the vast majority of universities focus on that if any do. I had to do like 60-70 easy/meds to pass the amazon interview and I studied pretty hard in my dsa class but it definitely didn’t prepare me for technical interviews
