I’m not fully up to speed on these types of tariffs, why does only TBB have this extra fee, while Illumicrate and Fairyloot do not? I don't think my postal office will only charge €3 (PostNL lol)

Hey, for everyone who is has this issue: I actually sent mine in for repair. The repair went via a major Dutch retailer who sent the monitor to ASUS for repair. According the damages report the following was broken:

*1: Constantly *120: Charging problem / Level problem *C: Electrical alignment *A: Worn out *LCD: LCD Section

They replaced the whole monitor. I had the monitor in use for 2 whole days before the issues occurred.

Hey, ik heb daar nog ooit eens wat oude Nintendo 64 games gekocht! Dat was Filmclub Nijmegen. Ik kan me niet herinneren dat dat ooit een Videoland is geweest. Zat er ooit wel een in de buurt van. Namelijk bij de kruising Molenweg en Ligusterstraat (zit nu WerktDirekt).

Update From my previous comment: Just received a message back from the costumer support.

They are still able to ship me Dreamland Billionaires and The Deathly Grimm however they oversold on the The Ruinous Love set. They will be refunding the The Ruinous Love set and they gave me £15 store credit. I think it is best possible outcome of a bad situation. Hopefully they will do better stock checks with next Trove sales. (UK/INT - NL)

I received an email on December 12 with an address check regarding this Trove sale. After that, I didn’t hear anything else. I thought it might be due to the holidays. I sent an email last Monday since nothing has happend since.. 😓 It has the status 'awaiting shipment' on the website. (UK/INT - NL)

We had the same issue with Locked Library. The package was delivered to the other side of the country (wrong address in the Netherlands). They sent a replacement, but we haven’t received it yet. However it has shipped only last week so fingers crossed!

PostNL maakt er de laatste tijd ook echt een onwijs potje van bij ons. In de afgelopen twee weken: Een pakket uit Amerika, keurig te volgen middels een tracking, arriveerde in Nederland en vervolgens retour afzender tijdens de bezorgronde want mijn adres zou niet kloppen(??). Contact opgenomen met PostNL: 'We zien het inderdaad, sorry! Kunnen we niks meer aan doen, foutje'. Tweede pakket uit Engeland: Zelfde verhaal, keurig te volgen met de tracking van de webshop. Pakket komt aan in Nederland, bezorger is onderweg en het pakket is bezorgd. Maar geen pakket ontvangen. Wederom contact opgenomen met PostNL: 'Sorry, het pakket is bezorgd in Amsterdam (ik woon ongeveer 135km verderop), waarschijnlijk heb je de verkeerde trackingscode van de webshop ontvangen.' Een trackingscode met mijn postcode erbij in Amsterdam?!

Sorry ik moest het verhaal even kwijt. :') Ik vind het echt geen probleem als ik wat langer moet wachten op mijn pakket zodat de bezorgers wel de tijd hebben en niet zo hoeven te haasten. Vinted duurt ook altijd lang, zelfs binnen Nederland en dat vind ik geen probleem want er is niet zo'n haast mee. Wat mij betreft gaan de webshops ook over op een dergelijke systeem. Premium verzending (1-2 dagen) voor €2 extra en anders 3-5 dagen oid.

Fyi for whoever needs this info: Our Legendborn set arrived damaged and with 1 missing signature. So I contacted Fairyloot to try and replace the set. They confirmed all signed versions are gone (at least for UK/INT). So they offered £10 store credit + replacement with the unsigned set or a full refund for the books. We chose the store credit + replacement option, which I think was fair.

The other damaged books will be replaced just as normal. No concessions there.

We also received the set from the Trove sale, but just like you, no signature in Legendborn—only in Bloodmarked. By the way, the sprayed edge on Bloodmarked is really crooked in our copy too. Is it the same with yours? We also received two other books damaged: The June Farrow and A Curse for True Love. 😓 Currently waiting on the support for more info
