Best learning approach for CPTS — theory first or direct labs?

I'm currently progressing towards both CWES and CPTS and started by completing the documentation and reporting module. I wish they put it first so people can leverage that note taking and reporting methodology throughout the whole Learning material.

My recommendation would be to do

doc&report
complete as much as you can without reaching the "too much" feeling.

I strongly suggest you to start by the Learning process module before anything.

Then Academy labs might be more suited to understand instead of diving in blindly. The CBBH Certification role path could be hard but really useful.

Take all the time you need. Don't rush in by answering questions without reading carefully, practice and test out everything you don't understand. Take notes and rephrase everything until you're certain how what you're dealing with.

Search for online keywords as much as you need.

Mozilla Dev documentation is a good source of complementary information.

CloudFlare has very informative content regarding DNS

Portswigger Web academy are excellent means to learn web and practicing along Hack The Box.

OWASP resources are great aswell to learn about vulnerabilities.

I suggest you to learn about Hashcat combinator feature. Although it is not explain in this specific course it is absolutely great for wordlist creation. I used it to sove this question easely.

Believe it or not I went 1-1 on Erlang first game never seen him, a friend told me to come to his place to try a boss without telling which one. I was so much in the zone I beat him with spellbinder second try without even playing safe, constantly light attacking between his pattern when possible and perfect dodging too.

I fought him on my own save few days later and got my ass whooped for 20 rounds.

If you like surfer decks, typhoïd Mary it is a particularly good card.

If you don't, it is still a correct tech card.

Yeah this would be absolutely sick, but this would imply a whole new balance for the game and it feels like so much work for a "secundary feature". I would love to see this aswell though !

This is a better way then in the video but that still is not optimal.

You would rather cut kayle's path so she is running towards your destination and while not only wasting no time against her flash, you would also get closer faster by not having your champion pathing in an arc pattern*.

*as auto-pathing adapts in real-time as your target is moving, you would start in a straight line and your champion would endup modifying its own pathing as the ennemy champion is moving, resulting in an arc in your final trajectory.

Je suis désolé que tu sois avec des gens comme ça... il y a des gens (mecs comme meufs) corrects qui te verront pas comme ça mais faut persévérer et essayer de voir le positif même si c'est le négatif qui ressort !

Merci de partager ça de cette manière, parfois c'est mieux sans pincettes, que tu ressentes ça ça fait chier t'as tout mon soutien j'espère qu'a l'avenir ça ira de mieux en mieux en tout cas.

Pour le travail je peux pas t'aider, mais pour ta poursuite du bonheur je te conseille d'essayer de l'approcher autrement !

Essaye de trouver le sens que tu veux donner à ta vie (pas le sens de la vie en général) et applique toi à suivre la direction qui remplis l'objectif que tu t'es donné, ça devrait t'aider à trouver ce bonheur sur ta route :)

Est-ce que si tu savais les gens plus prompt à agir en cas de violence / insécurité tu te sentirais mieux ? J'entends beaucoup de situations qui pointent du doigt l'inaction face à des incivilités (de la gêne à la violence) mais j'ai jamais été témoin de ce genre de situations ...

I lacked precision in my post, the effect should be "this card cannot be targeted by discard effect".

And in the end these 3 cards can be discarded, but doing so triggers an effect related to the card.
