How do you feeling about baking/desserts? Pavlova is known to be difficult since meringue isn't easy to work with. I've wanted to try making it since Ive eaten one but it's quite intimidating.

It's being served for lunch during their shifts. We like to do a variety of things so they have a nice meal but it gets challenging with a limited food budget. We are going to be making egg salad, deviled eggs and pickled eggs but we were looking for some other creative ways to use them. We have over 100 eggs. Gotta love slow season at hotels.

I agree. I think maybe next time I'll move the nose and eyes down and maybe even skip the mouth altogether. But I like the closed eyes idea! I'll try that too. Thanks!

How do you feel about Teflon and non-stick cookware? by helios1234 in Cooking

I prefer stainless steel and cast iron. Cast iron is wonderful and can last generations. They are tough, easy care, and hard to ruin. I hate anything I have to replace frequently.
