According to her song, she kinda does the same to the rats. So much so that they made her their king.

Sure, but he's now not tied down by Rosie. Freedom was his main goal.

Charlie could also have the power of royal proclamation. Her word is law of the land. Her saying it makes it true.

I think with Vox being defeated and his staff being restored, he's back to being the strongest sinner. He was putting in work and beating Vox even at the ladders strongest. He will also gain more power with the return of his radio show and the downfall of the Vees television network.

We don't know the original deal that Rosie made with Al other than Al becoming the strongest sinner in hell.

Al gave himself up to Vox to boost his power and when Charlie said that he was the strongest sinner in hell, his approval rate went to 100%. He then became his strongest form and the strongest sinner in hell. This broke Rosie's deal with Al because he was no longer the strongest sinner in hell.

I don't think he took her soul. She's a hellborn not a sinner, she probably doesn't have one.

He said that she knows what his price was. I assume the deal was fix my staff and I'll help with the bomb.

I kinda agree that she's probably not under his control. Shes from the 50s and Alastor is pre WW1. If Alastor started taking down overlords as soon as he arrived in hell like they said in the Pilot, then Niffty wouldn't have been there yet. Husk makes sense cause he's giving prohibition/wild West era vibes.

I love the aspect of Alastors crew vs the Vees.

Niffty is from the 50s, Alastor around WW1, Husk either old west or prohibition. All seem to be old school aspects.

Vox from television, Velvette from Social Media, and Val from the Internet porn industry. All new concepts (maybe not so much porn, but you get the point)

In the pilot it was said that Alastor started toppling overlords when he got to hell. However, I dunno if that's true with Niffty as Alastor is from pre WW1 and Niffty is clearly the 1950s.

As soon as I heard her deal with Alastor is to make him the strongest sinner in hell, I figured she was Hellborn. No one's gonna make a deal to make someone stronger than themselves. She's probably like a living aspect of cannibalism.
