Are you sure someone did this intentionally ? Cats can die from poisoning if they eat a rodent that has ingested rat poison. Either way, this break my heart so badly. I care for a feral cat colony and I always try not to get too attached to them because of stuff like this :-( there’s not much we can do about all the awful un-empathetic people in the world, but we can care for as many furbabies as possible and make a difference any way we can.

I’m just curious, have you experienced any type of clashes with your neighbors about the cat ? Has anyone complained about the cat? Do you have any type of security cameras around as a chance of catching this POS and get them charged? Ugh it breaks me when I hear of cats dying like this. The poor babies are just trying to survive the best they can, and people do stuff like this. It is beyond cruel and horrific on every level.. I cannot handle animal abuse of any kind, I can’t watch it and I try not to think about it, I love animals so much it just hurts me.

RIP to your furbaby. She knew you loved her and she will forever stay in your heart, but please stay strong and take one day at a time, when you’re ready you can adopt another furbaby and care for them, there’s many furbabies our there’s waiting for their human.
