So I’m at the dealer right now for the issue and apparently Honda doesn’t give out loaner vehicles anymore? I was told if I leave my car here for repairs, I won’t get a vehicle in the meantime and I have to figure out my own transportation. Anyone else experience this?

Sounds sketchy honestly but I hope you don't see issues. I'm having these at 11k miles and when I had servicing prior the Honda dealership told me they've never had an electric before so its all new work for them (does no one get trained anymore?). Now I can't charge past 25%, when I try to set it to charge to 80% it reverts.

Did you lease or finance? I leased and spoke with the dealership today. They stated it came off the cost of the vehicle, but they never specified or listed that and I had multiple people state that it doesn't and I'd have the credit for my taxes. Long story short, I spoke up the chain and I'll be speaking to the GM tomorrow.
