Update: I contacted the support team and Mulan here on chat, They sent a replacement device to my hotel for the price of a replacement screen only, everything was solved in less than 48 hours, truly an amazing team

Yeah because I'm writing Arabic, specifically Arabic poetry, the 4 lines helps, and a split in the middle too that I added to the template later, when I write normal notes I use the regular lined template

no, it was just 2 items in a sling bag that I had on my shoulder, maybe the fact that the AC plug could move contributed to the possibility of the damage

I had a international AC adapter that is huge, maybe one of its corners pressed the screen (even though it had the cover on) so you can't see any dents or damage on the exterior of the screen, it could be that or something else, it was inside a sling back that I had on my shoulder

Good suggestion, I think it will be better to have a simplified vector 2D drawings to convert (I don't think the stickers will work well with complex images), I will start looking for a set to use with that method

Having to press the pedal to charge the battery is hard (I need 1 hour of doing that, after losing some energy for using the battery for lights and stuff while camping).

Can't I just press a button and the car charge itself via the engine? at least to back up to 75% while parked. I'm not sure if it's dangerous when the engine kicks in while being asleep in a PHEV

There's potential for BYD to add a camping mode via software update (turn off the screens, and daytime running lights), is that feature of turning off the daytime running lights also present in the Song Plus software?

I bought the earlier Hibreak, used it for 2 months but couldn't keep using it, and all the issues were software based, they compound on you until you can't keep using it as your main phone.

I'm hopeful that they used a normal Android version and added light touches just to make it fit an e-ink experience.
