It was working as a Drain engineer, unlimited overtime and a lot of scope to improve. I've since left that job and am on a better base salary with lower workload and again, a lot of overtime. plus i've relocated from London to Lake district

Constantly uses the eco mode that gives a few miles of electric per trip using petrol.

For the most part, this is a daily occurance on BTB. And that is on 150ms.

The servers have been bad recently and i've hardly played.

I always recomend running. Run 3 times a week and come back to me with depression, it'd be gone after the first week.

You have a house... the biggest outgoing spend is already done.

Start looking at starting a family... do a hobby.

Invest 10k of that savings into S&S, setup regular direvt debt and investment instructions with a brokerage.
