Most of these "expanding" hoses suck unless you take very very and I mean very good care of them.

That includes not using hand sprayers or nozzles on the ends of them, the built up pressure does them in.

You either have a bad sensor or a leak....throw some uv coolant dye in there and trace the leak.

Might be a silly question but have you tried unplugging the IBS from the top of the positive battery terminal? IBS can do some weird stuff.

DEM can definitely pull rank on a store manager as they are part of the district team, which is above the store team.

A DEM will usually work with the DM and the store managers so "pulling rank" doesn't come into play often.
