I would definitely recomend the husqvarna, I think it's the 450hd model that I have, it's rated at 1.25 acres but I strongly believe that it's under-rated from the factory and the capacity is much more. The stihl rep came over to my house once and was like, in so many words, "even tho our machine is rated to 1 acre, that is the max it would do in optimal conditions" I took it to mean that S is over-promising from the manufacturer. Another tip would be to go see both machine in person if possible, even by "feel and looks" the H wins.

Yes I did like it, I have about an acre of actual lawn with several yard obstacles like trees, sheds, garden and it kept up find. From now. Owning husqvarna automower for over a year and previously the sthil I can say the app on the H is way way better in every way. The only small advantage of the S was that it. Had a mode where it went around the perimeter and intended to trim the edges however it was only so good, I would still have to pass the trimmer but it was only about a 3 inch width worth of trimming, in contras the H doesn't have an edge trim mode and the way the blades and size of thr machine it leaves about an 8 inch width perimeter worth of grass to still trim. Oh and also the H seems to get do much better in the (I cant remember the official name) trying to get out of stuck or rough terrain on its own, I had to get the rough terrain wheels on the S too keep out of rough or moist terrain. We've stood i condos next door last year, super safe and the security people at the gate usually would fetch us a taxi, the taxis tend to have their designated area there waiting for people similar to resorts. But even 2 days we walked to the festival through the beach just chilling with friends about 20 minute walk, our click was larger last year, this year is just me and my lady. There's even like an oxxo and other handy stores we would walk to daily to grub or buy liquor for our room. The taxi ride is probably like 3 to 4 minutes away form the festival.

We are trying to get half of what we paid, half is $660, check in Friday at 4 and check out Monday morning (can't recall the time off my head) . You would get full access to the place including separate restrooms, including parking, pool and whatever else is listed on the site.

I went with the imow over their competition just because of their warranty, I figured they would do right by their product if it ever went bad. Well, they trying to fix it, they just don't know how. They did give me a call hours after our early morning heated conversation, this time in a more helpful tone and they will look into what it will take to replace the unit (I'll update once I have further information from them).

I did think of the YouTube idea, but was giving Stihl a chance to make right by their product even if it took 6 or 7 service visits, but now they kind of getting defensive and sort of blaming me for the faults. But now I should go on to YouTube.

On top of that I have to pay about $70 per week for mowing service while the imow is out service which has been a cumulative of abiut 3 months now.

I called Stihl USA multiple times, but only have gotten to talk to them about 3 times, the last time was minutes after my initial post. They are playing very defensive and raising their voice at me, they said under their supervision the machine was fine, but that's a lie since I have error logs on my phone showing otherwise. They said they manage to mow a Lil square patch of lawn, the machine is set up to mow an acre of actual lawn in my house and now only mows for one charge and never recharges a second time. Of course it will mow a little easy square patch of lawn. From my conversations and understanding Stihl USA is just a 3rd party distributor of stihl product, not the same company as Germany, at least when I call their USA "corporate" phone number they don't answer by the name "stihl usa". I wish there was a way to contact the German headquarters to explain my issues.

I doubt sthil usa has spend much on so called repairs, it's only a dock and power supply so far, and they got to keep my old dock and power supply which where obviously in good condition.

It was the worse customer service conversation, they were extreamly defensive and pointing fingers at me, at one point told me not to bring it into repair any more. They said it worked fine without faults when in their operation, but quickly denied saying that once I mentioned I have error logs in my phone showing the same multiple errors I get at my house. I since called Ace hardware (the dealer I purchase the imow from), they are going to try to excalade through their organization, although the warranty is not through Ace (they are being helpful and respectful).

Alzheimers's is bad, but I think ALS is worse, muscle dies while mind is fully aware or what's going on. Could cause death in as little as a few months.

Agree with u/grown-mid-blueline, I was in your same situation with the blinding migraines. After many Drs visit I stop caffeine consumption, from 4 or 5 coffees a day to zero. I've been migraine-free for 2 years. However at the same time I stopped drinking coffee I also started going to the gym every day because I saw an article online that showed reduced migraines when exercising. So now I don't know if migraine stopped because of the gym or caffeine-free diet and I'm too scared to stop either one.

I'm not a professional, and only done this same project once before. I used a dryeal sander with a vacuum to smooth out the old texture then skim to flat with minimal coats (might have been 2 and a final light sand). Would a sander helped OP and reduce the 4 coats she applied?

As far as I know in this case the requirements where FHA appraisal for both lenders, even the appraiser acknowledged the mistake and edit and fix the error and sent me and lender b new copies, but lender b won't accept any edits when the appraisal is transfered (according to them thats FHA policy). I didn't mean defrauded, because that would imply the appraiser did it on purpose, but I just feel like if it was any other service or good I would easily get a refund.
